By car:

From Rennes, take the express way Rennes - Lorient (N 24)
Before Ploërmel taking the (N 166) direction of Vannes, then the (N 165) to Auray, then in the direction of Quiberon (28 km).
In Quiberon, Port Maria harbour, you'll board the ferry.

If you want to leave your car in Quiberon, several supervised parking lots, with free shuttle for the harbour station are available:
Le Sémaphore (with space for 1300 cars) : 02 97 30 59 45
La Sirène (with space for 150 cars) : 02 97 50 03 37

Advice: If you want to take your car to the island we recommend that you book the boat early, because seats are limited.

By train:

SNCF: the high-speed train railroad Paris Montparnasse - Quimper stops in Auray all year round (about 3 hours of trip).
SNCF: the high-speed train railroad Paris Montparnasse - Rennes, take the rail link Rennes - Lorient and go down in Auray all year round.

> Then, take the connection Auray - Quiberon: the "Tire Bouchon". The railroad station of Quiberon is located about 15 minutes away on foot from the harbour station, but a shuttle can also drive you there.
> Taxi ranks are also at your service in Auray station.

Once in Quiberon, you take the boat for Belle-Ile (12 departures a day).
Boats also make the journey from Lorient and Port Navalo near La Baule twice a day to Belle-Ile.
